School Rules and Policies

1. $50 non-refundable registration fee is payable on the date of registration.

2. Tuition fee is due on the 5^Th day of the month.

3. $10 late charge applies after the 5^Th of the current month for each student.

4. $30 service charge is payable for returned check from bank.

5 RLS may not guarantee a make up class for missed classes. Tuition cannot be refunded or prorated.

6. Cancelation/Reschedule notices for private and semi-private (2-3 students) classes must be given 24 hr prior to classes to avoid full charge.

7. Students are required to bring own pencil, eraser, notebooks and text books.

8. No outside supervision will be provided to students attending afternoon classes. RLS is released from all claims and liabilities arising from playing outside.

9. RLS offers two payment options

     a) Discount price option for 9 month – Sept.-May (payments are made every month).

          If parents decide to withdraw their child, the School must be notified a minimum of two weeks prior to the disenrollment. $100 penalty applies. Tuition cannot be refunded.

      b) Regular price option. Payments are made every month.

                    If parents decide to withdraw their child, the School must be notified a minimum of two weeks prior to the disenrollment. Tuition cannot be refunded. No penalty applies.

Parent please note:

Duration of each class is 50 minutes. Per insurance policy, your child HAS to be picked up at the end of the class. No licensed babysitter will be available at the school.
